Location

French Broad Cabin is located in Marshall, North Carolina, in Madison County, 25 miles north of Asheville. The location is marked by the star on the map on the right. Driving directions will be provided after the cabin has been rented.

2009 Rates and Policies

There is a two-night minimum (except over holidays, when the minimum is three nights).

High Season: Jun 1 – Dec 31, 2009

$150/night
$900/week

Off Season: Jan 1 – May 31, 2009

$115/night
$690/week

Long term rental (all year)

$1250/month, plus utilities (electricity and oil)

Due to seasonal uncertainty, monthly rentals are also charged for utilities in addition to the rent to cover the cost of heating and/or air conditioning. Heat and air conditioning are provided by an electric heat pump with fuel oil backup. The electric meter and oil tank level are measured upon arrival and departure.

All rental charges are subject to the 6.75% NC sales tax. Payment is by cash, personal check, or travelers checks. Sorry we do not accept credit cards at this time.

The French Broad Cabin is a nonsmoking facility. Sorry, no pets.
